Your home deserves the best people, and that’s really what we try to provide. YOUR FIRST VISIT Your first cleaning visit is more like spring cleaning or perhaps “catch-up” cleaning. Even if you keep a straight and organized home, dirt, dust, residue, can accumulate, and if it has been there for long it takes a lot more effort to remove. Before we can begin regularly scheduled cleaning of a home, there are a variety of tasks that require extra time and effort. There is a big difference between “old” dirt and “new” dirt. If we don’t get rid of the old dirt first, no matter how hard we try, simply removing new dirt isn’t going to to make your home sparkling clean. It is not uncommon for us to spend from two to three times as long on a first cleaning than it takes on regular, repeat maintenance visits. Our first visit will not go over your initial quoted price without your verbal consent. While this is uncommon, from time to time, jobs do require a little more than we might have anticipated. In these instances we can usually catch it up on future visits for a small up-charge for the extra time. Areas that will get more attention on the first visit are the kitchen and the bathroom as they usually get the most traffic in the home. We will also focus on other areas throughout the home including hand washing base boards, window sills, cabinet fronts, and more. ACCESS TO YOUR HOME Since we clean during normal business hours while many of our clients are at work, we need a way to enter your home to do our work. Once we’ve cleaned the first time and you approve of our work, the most reliable access for future visits is a copy of your house key(s). This is the way most of our clients allow us access. If a key isn’t possible than we can arrange 1) a 4 hour commitment window 2) If you call or email us the day before your cleaning we can advise you of an approximate time of arrival. Please note that this time often isn’t negotiable because it is determined by our travel needs. PAYMENT All clients must have a valid credit card on file before we begin cleaning services. All payments are due upon completion of services. If you are not going to be home on the day of your visit and want to pay by check instead of your card on file, please leave a check on the kitchen counter and your team lead will know to look for it there. You may also pay by credit card. If no other form of payment is received on or before your payment date, we will automatically assume you have make other arrangements, please call the office at
